Secret Microsoft Handheld in the works?

An avalanche of rumours and information leaks are taking the internet by storm but one of the most interesting of these rumours is the one about Microsoft secretly developing a digital entertainment handheld code named “xYz” to compliment their Zune music player and Xbox 360 video game system.
The device is expected to be able to play games, play media, and do various Internet-related activities. If true this could easily be the biggest news of E3 2009 but for now we just have to wait until the show begins on June 2 to see what secrets Microsoft, Nintendo and Sony have up their sleeves.
