Playstation Home Finally Open Beta

After so many delayed Playstation finally released an open beta version of Playstation Home today. In case you don’t know what Home is according to the Playstation Magazine it is “a hybrid of Facebook, Second Life and the prettiest game lobby ever.” That didn’t explain much did it? Let me try – PlayStation Home allows gamers on the Playstation 3 to create their own avatar or a virtual representation of themselves and then interact with other avatars in a 3D environment on the Playstation Network.

another useless sony addition, UNLESS you can shoot people, drive cars and get jobs.
It was released too late… it’s been over-hyped and now I think it’s probably been too long for people to actually care. More evidence that PS3 has been a flop?
