E3 2009 A few weeks away
‘One Place, One Time, One Event’ is the tagline for the 2009 staging of the Electronic Entertainment Expo. It till take place from June 2nd to 4th 2009 at the L. A. Convention Center in California USA. E3 has been a shadow of it’s self in recent years I think and there isn’t much to look forward to this year in terms on new consoles or many massive titles.
With Nintendo being so disappointing last year I am not really looking forward to what they have to say as I can’t imagine them coming with anything to surprise me. I am expecting more of the same from Microsoft and the only juicy piece of rumor so far surrounding Sony is the possible introduction of a slim version of the Playstation 3. There is a little to see on the PC gaming side with games like Diablo 3 and Starcraft 2 nearing completion and there are a few MMO titles that I have my eye one.
Lets see what E3 2009 will bring.
